This is an observation, beach huts by Splash Point are looking in need of some TLC, is it the Council’s responsibility to paint the exteriors? They are in a prime location, between the well-designed Splash Point & the well-designed new Pool ( once it’s built ), so it stands to reason this stretch of seafront will want sprucing up before the pool is complete. It strikes me that this is a burgeoning area, & that anyone with a stake in Worthing’s future will be wanting to get their hands on a beach hut or stall here.
